Architectural CAD Designer:

We occasionally looking for Part-time/Full-time Job (Philippines Resident or Overseas Only and No US Resident). Please note that applicants must be able to carry out New Residential & Remodel projects from start to finish. A minimum 2-3 years experience preferred. This position required a good understanding site conditions, architecture (concept through construction documents), basic structural planning and developing as-built plans for permit and construction. Basic management, presentation and good communication skills are a must and residential construction experience is desired. AutoCAD Architecture 2018 or latest, Google SketchUp 2018 with Vray, Photoshop CC, Microsoft Excel, Mircosoft Word, Internet Access for email communication, Facebook Messenger, Paltalk Messenger and or Yahoo Messenger for online communication is required. Knowledge in AutoCAD Revit Architecture 2018 would also be a essential advantage. Please only apply this position if you meet or exceed the minimum job requirements.
